Job Description:
1.Be responsible for the overall planning and product strategy formulation of the company's core product lines such as quantitative trading tools and financial derivatives, and clarify the product positioning, phased goals and long-term development direction.
2.Coordinate the construction of the user growth and conversion system, design and optimize the complete product growth path from user acquisition, activation, retention to monetization.
3.Establish a product decision-making and iteration mechanism centered on user feedback and data analysis to continuously enhance product experience and industry competitiveness.
4.Collaborate deeply with teams such as technology, risk control, operation, and marketing to promote the high-quality implementation of product solutions and ensure the achievement of business goals.
5.Responsible for the management and capacity building of the product team, including the accumulation of product methodology, process optimization and talent cultivation.
Job Requirments:
1.Have a deep understanding and continuous enthusiasm for financial products, and be able to make judgments from both business and product perspectives.
2.8 years or more of experience in Internet or financial products, with experience in products with tens of millions of users or successful cases of building a complete business system from scratch.
3. Good command of English (CET-6 or equivalent) is required. Those who can perform basic oral English and communicate across countries will be given priority.
4. Be able to adapt to the pace of a start-up company, possess a high degree of self-motivation and result orientation, and be capable of promoting the implementation of complex projects in an uncertain environment
5. Bachelor's degree or above, from First-Class universities, or those with overseas study or work experience are preferred.
