Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Soft Skills Trainer to conduct engaging training sessions in the following areas:

• Teamwork
• Communication
• Time Management
• Critical Thinking
• Leadership
• Negotiation

If you have experience in public speaking, team bonding, or professional skills training, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-energy, interactive workshops and training sessions for adult learners.
• Design and develop lesson plans, materials, and group activities that enhance communication and teamwork skills.
• Coach learners to improve confidence in public speaking and interpersonal communication.
• Facilitate team bonding programs that build collaboration, trust, and motivation.
• Monitor learner progress and ensure training objectives are achieved.
• Work closely with the curriculum and operations teams to maintain high training standards.

Job Requirements:

• ACLP/ACTA certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in training or facilitation, especially in public speaking, communication, or team-building.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
• Energetic, creative, and adaptable to different learning styles and environments.
• Passionate about developing people and creating positive learning experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior WSQ or corporate training experience.
• Familiarity with experiential learning or activity-based facilitation.
• Flexibility to conduct sessions in evenings or weekends when required.
