This is a 1 year contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the planning, development, evaluation and implementation of family-related programmes
• Handle enquiries, conduct intakes, information & referral and work collaboratively with stakeholders / community partners / volunteers
• Support outreach and engagement efforts with stakeholders such as family coaches, school leaders, educators, community partners, and religious organisations to promote family life education.
• Support with home visits and execution of group work, community development and program initiatives
• Plan, organize, promote and provide logistical support for family life programmes (ie. seminars, groupwork, individual consultations)
• Meticulous in administrative functions essential to case work and group work processes (ie. reporting, emails, organizing and storing information)
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by HOD and supervisor.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weeknights and weekends.

• Polytechnic Diploma in Social Work or related fields
• Experience in frontline engagement, event, customer service and/or data management would be an advantage 
• Confident in program/case/volunteer coordination and facilitating groupwork for children
• Excellent organizational skills, adept at supporting and enhancing social work interventions.
• Mature and independent, possessing a positive work attitude while excelling as a team player.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, writing, organizational and teamwork skills. analytical and problem-solving skills
• Resourceful, attentive and adaptable to changes at work
• Proficient in English; ability to speak Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil is an advantage.
• Competent in Microsoft Office skills (ie. Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams), Zoom / TEAMS hosting, and tech savvy with social media platforms.
• Passionate about supporting families and children.
