An ambitious & award-winning content marketing agency (also known as digital storytellers nonpareil) is seeking a social media cracker who is clear in thought & execution + communicates ideas well internally & externally.

Content strategy & client management form your core abilities. Just as you are a nutter for original short-form storytelling, you also thrive on research/ analysis of trends/ audience behaviour & close dialogue with the client to produce campaigns that cut through the fat straight to results.

Team size: <10. Might & clout: >10.

Location: Hybrid, north-east region

Responsibilities:

• Development of social media strategies - guide client brief, data mine, develop social media framework
• Manage editorial & publishing calendars; ideate on insights-driven content pillars & story ideas
• Be a support in the liaisons between agency, clients & creative team; keep dialogue informative & enable decision making
• Media planning; influencer engagement & tracking
• Analysis of data/ metrics & advice on course of action
• Participation in new business initiatives
• Internal marketing - keep that backyard spiffy
• Other areas of exposure/ in-depth involvement, in accordance with aptitude & interest: digital PR /creative production: copywriting, graphic design, gif/ meme creation, photography, illustration, online videos

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record of successful campaigns & happy clients (bonus if familiar with malls & beauty)
• Communicative (in parlance & pen). Meticulous (with an eye on the big picture). Organized (but not tortured). Comfortable in a Mac environment.
