What You’ll Be Doing

• Trend-Spotting: Be our eyes and ears. What’s trending? What audio is blowing up? You tell us.
• Content Slaying: Film, edit, and produce high-quality short-form videos (CapCut is your best friend).
• Aesthetic Curation: Design graphics that don't look like "ads"—we want content people actually want to save.
• Voice of the Brand: Write captions that sound like a human, not a robot. Think "warm, supportive, and insightful."
• Community Hype: Engage with our followers and help us grow a tribe, not just a list of leads.

What We’re Looking For

• Digital Native: You know your way around an algorithm and can edit a video faster than most people can order a coffee.
• Creative Portfolio: Show us your work! A TikTok link, a curated IG, or a school project—we value talent over titles.
• Growth Mindset: You’re hungry to learn about professional branding and consultancy (it looks great on a resume, trust us).
