Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise roll-on-site works and any other construction-related activities
• Coordinate sub-contractors and resources, including workers and machinery on site
• To ensure delivered construction materials are of specified requirements
• Prepare daily site reports, take site progress pictures, check and take site measurements
• Minimise material and manpower wastage
• Handle labour and supplier disputes
• Responsible for all issues concerned on-site and ad-hoc duties are requested.
• Develop and revise drawings based on instructions/ comments from Project Manager/Engineer, Architect and Consultant.
• Able to communicate & interpret difficult instructions & ideas, ensure good understanding with all parties.
• Involved in coordination and preparation of specification to liaise with Project Managers and Engineers for Technical drawings and submission approval.
• To assist in coordinating all M&E services drawings related to structural, architectural and interior design

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must have a professional certificate in Civil Engineering
• Strong technical knowledge and capability to solve technical and site issues
• Check daily attendance of workers for late arrival, absence, false claim, etc
• Attend site meetings with site agent & sub-contractors
• Able to communicate with Mandarin speaking sub-contractors
• Strong communication skills
• Willing to work at dusty environment
