Site Supervisor (Civil/Infrastructure)

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and in-house workers.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and scope.
• Collaborate with safety personnel for health and safety adherence.
• Support Project Managers and Engineers in executing permanent and temporary works.
• Verify installations align with construction drawings.
• Maintain work quality within set deadlines.
• Conduct equipment, material, and routine inspections.
• Monitor work progress and quality.
• Participate in daily toolbox meetings and provide clear instructions.
• Update work progress records, ensure housekeeping, and prepare reports.
• Manage site manpower planning and usage.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering.
• Certificate in Pavement Construction & Maintenance is advantageous.
• Proactive, self-motivated, team-oriented, strong problem-solving, and communication skills.

Additional Remarks:

Hands-on experience is preferred.
