Job Description
- To take and carry out site supervision in accordance to the Project specification and BCA ACT & Regulation, and to the requirement of the contracts with the client.
- Liaise with consultants and /or sub-contractors on the project matters
- Check drawings and raise technical queries to resolve the discrepancies in between drawings and as well as those arisen during the project execution
- To plan and prepare for works as per required
- To attend meeting with clients, authorities and others when necessary
- To carry out work related to civil & structural such as construction building supervision, periodic structural inspections, road audit and any other jobs as per instructed.
- Able to deliver quality works under short deadline
- Any other related duties as assigned.
