Supervise and lead workers to perform on site work for Carpentry Formworks and reinforcement of concrete works.
Excellent structure construction skills, rebar work skill or formwork skill as a rebar supervisor or formwork supervisor.
Knowledge and skills to supervise formwork activities which include the construction, erection, alteration or dismantling and inspection of formwork structures at any worksite.
Knowledge on Construction, Erection, Alteration or Dismantling of any formwork structure at a worksite.
Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are on time, record and ensure proper documentation.
Risk Assessment for formwork activities.
Manage issues on site and resolve them.
Compliance to safe work procedures, quality control of material / equipment on site.
Able to carry out construction work involving Formwork / Reinforcement / Concreting.
