The ideal candidate will have experience in leading a team of workers and team leaders for daily construction site activities for a main contractor company.

The candidate should be able to supervise a wide range of trades but also be specialized in certain trades.

Job Description

Responsible for assisting Construction Manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality.

Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and safety requirements.

Manage site workers, sub-contractors, and equipment to meet project schedules and quality standards.

Responsible for leading and managing the installation team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on-time delivery of organization's project and solutions.

Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising at site (Technical matters).

Supervision of the siteworks on a day-to-day basis and issues relating to given project.

Liaise with subcontractors and ensure timely completion of all works according to quality specification and work schedule.

Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by all sub-contractors.

Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with authority requirements.

Requirements

At least 5 years’ experience as a site supervisor.

Familiar with construction safety regulations and site procedures.

Ability to supervise workers and coordinate with sub-contractors effectively.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Relevant construction or safety certifications will be an advantage.
