Responsibilities

• Clean workspaces, offices, meeting rooms, common areas, hallways, and restrooms
• Sweep, mop, and buff floors as needed
• Vacuum carpeted areas and upholstered furniture
• Dust and polish desks, tables, and other surfaces
• Restock restrooms with necessary supplies
• Empty and dispose of trash from bins throughout the office
• Clean windows, glass panels, and doors as required
• Maintain and follow the assigned cleaning schedule
• Report any maintenance issues or repair needs to management
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or Head of Department

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Commitment to an annual contract
