* Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.

* Plan and schedule work in accordance to the master and detailed work programme.

* Liaise with consultants for technical issues and coordinate site activities with subcontractors.

* Handle technical and engineering problems.

* Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works and ensure work progress according to schedule.

* Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.

* Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.

* Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
