Job Responsibilities :

• To supervise of construction activities including monitoring of project scheduling activities, coordination work with all parties involved (Authorities, Main Contractor, Sub-Contractor and Supplier, etc), ensure all execution of works are in accordance to the project specifications and quality assurance.
• Competent in liaise and attend meeting with consultant / client / authorities / main contractor
• Assist the Project Manager in up-keeping all project quality documentation with records and prompt follow up email corresponded.
• To liaise and work with relevant authorities, sub-contractors, site supervisor or clients on shop drawings, materials, and sample submissions.
• Work together with project manager/project drafter/safety personnel/site supervisor and closely monitor and supervise site work progress according to shop drawings, method statements, approved material and samples.
• Review and align electrical design drawings to ensure compliance with contract design specifications and guidelines.
• To prepare and check technical drawings & materials submission.
• To carry out technical support functions in Electrical engineering work on site
• To monitor and ensure all work are carried out in accordance to approval drawing/specification and complete with schedule time
• To assist prepare cost estimation, budget control and to check sub-contractor’s progress claim
• To monitor and supervise work progression, quality control and ensure that safety regulation is observed.
• Knowledge of M&E scope and able identifying discrepancies between contract provision & scope before proceed construct on site
• Attend site coordination meetings to address issues and update progress
• To perform testing and commissioning at work site.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Requirements :

• Diploma Electrical in Engineering or Building Management
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Advantageous if project experience included HDB (BTO).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and other IT software
