Roles & Responsibilities

• Excellent at reading and understanding construction plan and drawings
• To supervise projects onsite ensuring work adhere to safety regulations, work schedule and progress and quality
• To coordinate closely with Main Contractors,Sub-contractors on work progress
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and workers on daily activities, and ensure all site workers comply to safety policies and regulations
• Ensure that the relevant information is communicated to direct reports and sub-contractors to enable them to effectively carry out their duties.
• To conduct risk assessment at sites to identify for any potential source of risks and recommend and take reasonably practicable steps to eliminate the risk
• Any Ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (M&E) or equivalent.
• Preferably with some exposure to Construction industry
• Min 3 years working experience in M & E Engineering works (permanent position)
• Prior working experience with Cleanroom for semiconductor or pharmaceutical industry will be highly advantageous
• Possessed own transport & Class 3 / Motorbike driving license
• Good communication skills, able to interact with all levels
• Enable to communicate and read Mandarin
• Immediate or Short notice preferred
• Working location: Tampines, Pioneer or Woodlands
• May required to work whole day on Saturday
• Salary will commensurate base on experience and qualification
