Job Description & Requirements

• Working closely on construction plans with clients, architects, and other professionals
• Investigating the properties of materials like glass, steel, and concrete, and advising which is the most suitable
• Working out the loads and stresses on different parts of a structure
• Inspecting unsafe buildings and recommending options for repairs or demolition
• Making sure that projects meet legal guidelines, environmental directives, and health and safety requirements
• Giving progress reports to clients and senior managers.
• Requirments:
• Diploma/bachlor Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of HDB/residence experiences as Project Engineer/Site Engineer in construction industry of Singapore.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project
• Basic computer skills to edit Microsoft, AutoCad, PDF & Etc.
