1 Site Management which includes planning, supervising and

controlling subcontractors and direct workers.

2 Managing daily site operations to ensure smooth project execution.

3 Coordinating with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants,

and internal teams.

4 Monitoring project progress and preparing regular site reports.

5 Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality

standards.

6 Reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and method

statements.

7 Tracking schedules and helping resolve site issues swiftly.

8 Participating in site meetings and coordinating follow-up actions.

9 Assisting with quality inspections and supporting

handover/commissioning.

10 Maintaining documentation for inspections, work progress, and

records.

11 Organizing and preparing construction and architectural documents

and drawing.

12 Prepare and submit CAD drawings to relevant consultant including

shop drawings & As-Built submission.

13 Review project specifications, technical clarifications and

construction drawings.

14 Carry out Architectural work scheduling, material requisitions, cost

control, project supervision, and documentation and ensure timely

and smooth progress of works.

15 Coordinate with Architect, Structural and M&E colleagues and subcontractors to resolve related issues.

16 Ensure all submission of materials and mock up for early approval.

17 Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are

complied with requirements.

18 Attend site & WSHC meetings and coordination.

19 Required skills: BIM, Autocad.

20 Work independently.

21 Ensuring work is completed in accordance to schedule.

22 Attend pre-tender site show round where required.

23 Any other duties at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company

Requirements

Singaporean / Singapore PR

· 3 ~ 4 years of relevant working experience

· Demonstrate proficiency and competency in a project QS function and can work independently.
