岗位职责/Job Responsibilities:  

1. 负责建筑项目的技术管理与质量控制

    Oversee technical control and construction quality for ongoing projects.

2. 确保施工过程符合 BCA、URA 及相关法规要求

    Ensure compliance with BCA, URA and other statutory requirements.

3. 审核施工图纸、技术方案、Method Statement

    Review drawings, technical submissions and statements.

4. 协调项目经理、工程师、顾问及总包商

    Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants and Main contractor.

6. 监督现场施工质量、技术标准及合规情况

    Monitor site workmanship, technical standards and regulatory compliance.

7. 管理项目相关技术文件及记录

    Maintain proper technical documentation and records.

任职要求/Job Requirements:

1. 建筑工程 / 土木工程 / 建筑管理相关学历（大专或以上）

    Diploma or Degree in a construction-related field.(Architecture,Civil or Structural Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical engineering etc…)

2. 至少5 年新加坡建筑行业相关经验

    Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry.

3. 熟悉新加坡建筑法规、施工流程及质量标准

    Good knowledge of local construction regulations and practices.

4. 具备现场施工或技术管理经验

    Hands-on site experience in technical or quality-related roles.

5. 沟通能力良好，可与多方协调

    Strong communication and coordination skills.
