Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily retail operations, including sales, cash handling, and staff supervision.
• Lead the retail team to achieve monthly sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle stock ordering, supplier coordination, and product inventory management.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (including social media / TikTok promotions).
• Provide product training and guidance to retail staff.
• Maintain shop presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare sales and expense reports for management review.
• Support company expansion plans, including setting up new shop outlets.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, or Retail Management (preferred).
• At least 3–5 years of experience in retail or beauty product management.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Burmese is highly advantageous (to communicate with suppliers and serve Burmese-speaking customers).
• Knowledge of beauty and skincare brands will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using POS or inventory software.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays when required.
