We are BAUHAUS, a retailer of fine fashion accessory brands including Salad, Muet, and Tough from Hong Kong. We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to be the face of our brand.

As a growing brand in Singapore, we are looking for team members who are adaptable, proactive, and excited to grow with us.

No prior experience necessary. This is a part-time position.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers on the sales floor with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Help customers find products that match their style and needs, offering styling tips and product information.
• Maintain the store's visual merchandising standards by keeping displays attractive and the sales floor clean and tidy.
• Handle cashiering and payment processes accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Assist with stock replenishment, organization of new and existing inventory, and stock checks.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

You have:

• A positive attitude and a passion for the fashion industry.
• An outgoing personality as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to talk with people and make them comfortable.
• Willingness to learn and a hardworking attitude.
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• No prior experience is required, training will be provided.

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $14 SGD per hour, plus incentives based on upselling and personal targets.
• Working Hours: up to 30 hours per week
