• Assist the Customer Service Department, reporting directly to the Team Manager
• Manage booking arrangements for both air and sea shipments
• Coordinate with airlines and shipping lines for scheduling and space availability
• Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure smooth operations
• Handle all sea freight documentation, including booking confirmations, Bill of Lading (BL), and related paperwork
