1. To prepare and submit permit / declarations to Government agencies for relevant shipment and ensure AWBs and permit declarations are processed accurately and promptly.

2. To check and ensure accuracy of documents necessary of bank negotiation of Letter of Credits, invoices, packing list, bills of lading and certificate of origin.

3. To monitor closely for any short landings or offloading of cargoes and to report to the superior immediately for such cases.

4. To follow through, monitor and track shipment arrival and delivery.

5. To coordinate for any survey of alleged damages to cargoes in the airport or custom.

6. Attend to operation to ensure cargo is delivered safely and promptly to the designated locations.

7. Liaise and follow up internally and with forwarders/carriers for shipment/delivery status / Singapore Chamber & Commerce.

8. Prepare billing advised for completed shipments.

9. To facilitate in house TRMS system for shipment processing.

10. To ensure all shipments are processed and closed promptly thru the TRMS to allow for billing by our Finance.

11. To ensure all KPIs are met in accordance with customer’s expectations.

12. To secure enough space from the airlines and ensure bookings are done promptly. Also to ensure block bookings are done for regular customers.

13. To effectively manage the staff resources (whether permanent or contracted) under his charge in the airport warehouse, including taking care of their discipline and proper execution of their respective duties.

14. To perform any other job-related duties as and when instructed by the superior.
