Responsibilities:-

• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and related paperwork
• Liaise with clients, carriers, and customs authorities to ensure timely delivery of shipments
• Track shipment progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records and database entries for all shipping activities
• Assist with customs clearance, including calculation of duties and taxes
• Provide general administrative support to the logistics team

Requirements:-

• Min 2years of Shipping Agency relevant experience or fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of customs regulations, tariff codes, and import/export procedures is an advantage
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
