• Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm
• Salary: Up to $2.5k + AWS + VB
• Location: Ubi (Near Macpherson MRT)

Position: Shipping/Store Assistant

1. Able handle company’s daily shipment activities & fulfil various customer shipment expectations.
2. Able handle company’s incoming and outgoing goods and manage company’s stock. Support daily supply chain operations and job order fulfilment.

Job Responsibilities

Shipping:

• Pick the good at designated staging rack.
• Input & update the good receive information to system for shipment.
• Pack and label the good on the tray & shipping box.
• Update system of shipment info and verify the special requirement and act accordingly from customer if any.
• Generate the Packing Slip and Commercial invoice from system.
• Prepare, communicate and co-ordinate with forwarder of the shipment collection.
• Cross support to other areas and sections if necessary.

Store:

• Perform the job issuing according to job order from internal customer.
• Perform the customer order goods picking and fulfillment.
• Good practices on FIFO (First In First Out) manner.
• Weight/count, pack & label of components based on job requirements.
• Dispatch the job order, materials & components to designated department.
• Perform the physical stock take.
• Prepare & delivery shipment goods to Shipping Department.
• Update system of the goods movement.
• Cross support to other areas and sections if necessary.
• Handle ad hoc & other tasks assigned by supervisor/manager.

Requirements:

• Working experience in shipping & store roles
• Some PC knowledge.
