Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to design and lead the implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

This role requires strong technical and business acumen to assess existing systems, define architecture, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

• Develop architecture roadmaps, solution blueprints and technical documentation.

• Translate business requirements into technical architecture and implementation plans.

• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Oversee ServiceNow configuration, customization, integration and deployment.

• Ensure solutions follow best practices, governance standards and security requirements.

• Drive automation and workflow improvements using ServiceNow capabilities.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects, developers and administrators.

• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business and IT strategies.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

• 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including several years in an architect or senior technical role.

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, SPM and CMDB.

• Experience designing integrations with enterprise systems and cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure).

• Proven experience delivering large-scale ServiceNow implementations with multiple integrations.

• Strong knowledge of APIs, scripting (JavaScript), system integration and automation tools.
