Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily installation, maintenance, and repair works for fans and associated equipment.
• Manage a workload of 8 indoor jobs or 6 outdoor jobs each day.
• Diagnose technical faults and ensure timely resolution to maintain product performance.
• Inspect and test finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Provide feedback to the Technical Director regarding supplier performance or quality concerns.
• Deliver professional, courteous, and efficient service to all customers and project clients.
• Support additional assignments and responsibilities as directed by management.
