• Position : Service Sales Executive
• Location : Gul Circle
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.00AM to 5.15PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,100 + Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus + 14 to 21 Days Annual Leave + Car Allowance (for own vehicle)

Responsibilities:

• Sell new and renewal service agreements to new and existing customers.
• Build strong customer relationships to drive long-term retention and growth.
• Prepare quotations and tenders; negotiate within company approval guidelines.
• Maintain accurate CRM, contract, customer, and asset records.
• Conduct business reviews using the online customer portal.
• Coordinate contract handovers and updates with internal teams.
• Support invoicing and collections with Finance and Administration.
• Promote value-added services, modernization projects, and spare parts.
• Contribute to sales forecasting and strategic planning.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Sales, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales or Engineering.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Siebel).
• Exposure to industrial machinery or maintenance preferred.
