Job Responsibilities

• Plan sales activities and set targets to help achieve the yearly sales goal.

• Keep track of sales records and prepare monthly sales updates.

• Share capital expenditure (CapEx) plans with clients when required.

• Build strong relationships with existing clients and understand their needs and concerns.

• Present solutions and proposals to clients and answer their questions.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals.

• Turn potential leads into sales by guiding clients through the buying process.

• Continue supporting existing clients to maintain good long-term relationships.

• Keep up with market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Work closely with other teams in the company to support sales efforts.

• Follow company policies and sales procedures.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of lift and escalator products is preferred.

• At least 4–5 years of work experience, preferably in project management or a related role.
