About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Service Sales Engineer to join our Audio-Visual (AV) team.

You will support clients through AV maintenance contracts, service upgrades, and after-sales solutions, ensuring systems remain reliable and well supported.

This role suits candidates who enjoy technology, customer engagement, and solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Present AV service solutions to new and existing clients

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Identify service sales and upselling opportunities

• Work with pre-sales and technical teams on proposals

• Stay updated on AV products and market trends

• Prepare sales reports and pipeline updates

• Meet assigned sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification

• Sales experience is an advantage

• AV industry experience is a plus

• Basic knowledge of AV systems is preferred.

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and a team player
