Job Summary

We are a leading provider of commercial kitchen equipment solutions, trusted by clients such as hospitals, hotels, and F&B establishments for our reliable products and responsive service. As our business expands, we are looking for a capable and motivated Service Manager to lead our service team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the service team to execute installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction
• Oversee daily service operations by managing job scheduling, coordinating technical support, and controlling inventory to optimize team efficiency and resource availability
• Serve as the primary liaison for customers on service-related matters, delivering clear communication and proactive follow-up to enhance client relationships
• Drive timely resolution of service requests by monitoring progress and implementing solutions that uphold high service standards and minimize downtime
• Provide coaching, technical guidance, and conduct performance reviews to develop team capabilities and maintain a skilled, motivated workforce
• Collaborate with sales and project teams to deliver technical advice that supports project success and aligns service delivery with business objectives
