Job Description
We’re hiring a Service Management Lead on behalf of our client, a global leader in technology consulting and IT services. You’ll oversee the daily operations of a large‑scale system, mentor and guide a high‑performing team, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily billing operations across inpatient, outpatient, polyclinic, day surgery, and emergency services.
- Mentor and guide a professional team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Partner with healthcare institutions to align processes and ensure seamless integration.
- Identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, and leverage data‑driven insights to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Anticipate risks, enforce compliance, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead system upgrades and new initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Develop robust reporting frameworks to monitor performance and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
- 10 -15 years of experience in healthcare operations, billing systems, or financial management.
- Proven success in leading large‑scale programs and cross‑functional teams.
- Strong leadership and project management expertise.
- Knowledge of healthcare billing processes, regulatory requirements, and financial systems.
- Familiarity with SAP BRIM (Hybris) and SAP S/4HANA is advantageous but not required.
- Extensive experience in managing and resolving large volumes of tickets using platforms such as JIRA, ServiceNow, SCCD, and similar tools.
