A leading provider of medical equipment and services in the healthcare industry is seeking an experienced candidate to join their team as a Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and after-sales support for medical equipment, including commissioning, installation, and testing of systems such as MRI, endoscopy, mammography, digital radiography, and computed radiography.
• Troubleshooting complex start-up issues, researching and recommending upgrades or service contracts
• Building long-term customer relationships to support future business, resolving implementation problems, and training customers on equipment features and operation.
• Attend to daily service requests, breakdowns, and service support to marketing.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance for medical equipment as part of scope of works under Maintenance contract

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge working experience in servicing medical products in X-ray/ Digital Radiography/ Dry Laser Printers/ Digital Mammography systems
