Technical Service & Support

• Install, commission, and validate analytical instruments on-site.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting for advanced laboratory equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in electronic and mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.
• Provide technical training to laboratory personnel on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Prepare accurate service reports, technical documentation, and recommendations for performance improvement.
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) to meet project deliverables.

Customer Support & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships in Singapore and regional markets.
• Provide responsive technical support via phone, email, and remote channels.
• Address service concerns and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Identify opportunities for service contracts, upgrades, and spare parts sales.
• Participate in technical reviews, customer presentations, and joint activities with account executives.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma (minimum) or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in equipment repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of electronic circuits, sensors, control systems, and instrumentation principles.
• Familiarity with analytical instruments, preferably in fuel/lubricant testing, tribology, or material analysis.
• Knowledge of ASTM, ISO, and other international testing standards.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
• Willingness to travel within Singapore and occasionally to regional markets.
• Experience working with multinational manufacturers is an advantage.
• Understanding of both international and local regulatory standards for scientific equipment
