We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Service Crew Supervisor to join our Korean restaurant team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations
• Handle reservations and customer service
• Serve guests and ensure a high standard of service
• Train and supervise service crew / part-time staff
• Manage delivery operations and coordination
• Provide attentive customer care and resolve service issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of F&B experience in Singapore (required)
• Strong communication skills; proficiency in English required, Mandarin or Korean is an advantage
• Positive service attitude and strong customer service mindset
• Well-groomed and presentable
• Non-smoker preferred

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: SGD 3,500 + Transport Allowance: SGD 200 (Total SGD 3,700)
• Probation Period: 3 months (90% of salary during probation)
• Meals provided (1 meal per shift)
• Working Days: 5.5 days per week
