Elephant Grounds is an award-winning Hong Kong-born lifestyle brand renowned for its specialty coffee, Japanese influenced cuisine, and café culture. We are a growing hospitality group preparing to launch the first local outlet of a renowned international café concept known for its specialty coffee, seasonal menus, and modern ambiance.  This launch marks a strategic expansion of our diverse F&B portfolio, we aim to deliver quality, consistency, and innovation at every customer touchpoint.

We are seeking a Front of House with a primary focus on cashiering and takeaway pastry packing, playing a key role in delivering smooth transactions and well-represented takeaway orders.

A) Job Responsibilities
·      Operate POS system accurately to process customer orders and payments.

·      Handle cash, card, and digital payments responsibly and in accordance with company procedures.

·      Pack takeaway pastries items and accurately according to order requirements.

·      Ensure packaging standards, and presentation for takeaway orders.

·      Coordinate with kitchen, bakery, and service teams to ensure timely preparation and handover of takeaway orders.

· Support opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation and stock checks when required.

·      Provide support to the service team as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

B) Job Requirement
·      Prior experience in cashiering, café, or F&B environment preferred.

·      Comfortable handling cash and POS systems with accuracy.

·      Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

·      Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

·      Ability to work flexible hours/shift, including weekends and public holidays.
