Job Responsibilities:
As a Full-Time Service Crew member, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring that every customer enjoys their experience at Waffle Aunty. Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking Orders: Greet customers warmly and accurately take their orders.
• Making Orders: Prepare and bake waffles to perfection, ensuring each order meets our high standards.
• Fulfilling Delivery Platform Orders: Efficiently manage and prepare orders for delivery platforms.
• Cashiering Duties: Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage the register.
• Basic Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all areas of the establishment are tidy.
• Preparation and Filling of Toppings: Prepare, stock, and refill a variety of delicious toppings to ensure a smooth operation.
• Ad Hoc Duties: Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support the team and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Food Safety Certification: Must possess a valid Food Safety Hygiene Certification.
• Passion for Baking: A love for baking and a keen interest in creating delightful treats.
• Customer Service Excellence: A friendly and customer-oriented approach with a commitment to providing excellent service.
