ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Outlet cleaning and set-up to get ready for operations
• Offer prompt, friendly and efficient service to all guests
• Ensure tables, flooring, station cleanliness before and during operations
• Drinks ordering, bill payment settling, tables maintenance, service follow-up and bottle service for all guest
• Receives cash from guests, makes change, verifies validity of charges, records charges and ensures vouchers are properly executed
• Orientation & buddy system for newly join staff
• Full-timer side tasks such as staging and furniture movement for normal Ops & events, poster update etc
• Outlet closing and cleaning
• Update guests about current and upcoming promotions
• Attend to guests’ needs promptly
