Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver, maintain, and support multi-platform systems for high-volume enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with third-party admins/vendors to resolve integration issues.
• Engage in technical and design discussions with engineering and operations teams.
• Lead or participate in setup, upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
• Implement development, testing, automation, and IT infrastructure solutions.
• Define and enforce DevOps processes for development, test, release, and support.
• Monitor platform health, produce periodic reports, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Provide regular status updates on system health, progress, issues, and risks.
• Support hardware refresh, system hardening, firmware/software updates.
• Document changes and automation work; troubleshoot on- and off-site.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to a collaborative, customer-service-focused culture.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in systems work; experience with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware, Nutanix), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), OS (Windows, Linux), and containers (Docker).
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Solid planning, coordination, and communication (written, verbal, and presentation).
