• Industry/ Organization Type: Construction Main Contractor
• Position Title: Senior Structural Engineer / Coordinator
• Working Location: Central
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Sat, 8:00 AM -12:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Discretionary Bonus + Telephone allowance
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and plan civil and structural engineering works.
• Prepare design calculations and drawings and submit required documents to the relevant authorities.
• Ensure plans and reports are submitted on time to consultants and relevant authorities.
• Coordinate and liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and other trades such as M&E and architectural teams to address project specifications and technical matters.
• Support project coordination and oversee structural and civil works on site to ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings.
• Attend meetings, including technical meetings and site inspections during the construction phase of the project.
• Monitor and track test reports, testing activities, ST, Green Mark scheme, and constructability scheme requirements.
• Manage document control and compile records in accordance with the company’s ISO standards.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in structural coordination within A1 main construction companies and large-scale construction projects.
• Experience in hospital or condominium projects is an advantage.
• Good understanding of structural specifications and requirements.
• Able to work independently, detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of meeting project deadlines.
