🚀 The Journey You’ll Be Part Of

This isn’t a typical development role. It’s a multi-year transformation where engineering meets innovation:

• From Legacy to Modern Technology: You’ll help transition core platforms from .NET Framework 4.8 to .NET Core (moving toward .NET 10)—refactoring and reengineering systems to be faster, cleaner, and more scalable.
• Re-architecting into Microservices: Break down complex monoliths into scalable, resilient microservices,giving systems the flexibility to grow with business needs.
• Containerisation & Automation: Work hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes to containerise applicationsand streamline deployments, building efficient, automated workflows.
• Cloud Evolution (Azure Local): Be part of a modern on-premise cloud environment, leveraging Azuretechnologies to bridge enterprise stability with cloud-native agility.
• Introducing Generative AI into Enterprise Systems: One of the most exciting parts of this journey—embedding Generative AI capabilities into the platform. You won’t be expected to come in as an expert; instead, you’ll be trained to work with GenAI tools, contributing to and reviewing AI-generated code atan enterprise scale.
• Database Transformation: Support the shift from MS SQL to Oracle, helping ensure performance andreliability at scale.

🧠 What You Bring to the Journey

You’re someone who enjoys building, improving, and solving complex problems:

• Strong experience in C# and .NET Core (preferably version 8 and above)
• A solid background in software development (around 6+ years)
• Hands-on exposure to microservices architecture
• Familiarity with containerisation tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience working with databases (Oracle is a plus)
• Exposure to Azure environments is beneficial
• Experience with ReactJS is a bonus, but not a must
