Responsibilities:

• To lead a team of social workers and AAS practitioners to effectively manage the development and expansion of the service to serve the beneficiaries.
• Manage and oversee the delivery of programme to achieve the desired outcomes and outputs.
• Lead the development of risk management strategies and maintain compliance with animal welfare guidelines.
• Plan and conduct outreach, intervention programmes, and sharing.
• Provide supervision to the social workers, AAS practitioners and volunteers.
• Liaise and network with partners to strengthen relationships and collaboration.
• Collaborate and adopt strategies together with stakeholders to influence systemic changes.
• Lead and conduct service evaluation to assess and enhance service effectiveness
• Ensure timely documentation and accurate data management to support the service delivery.
• Provide counselling and case management for Hidden Youths and their families
• Organisational duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of a Degree in Social Work.
• Possess a post-graduate studies in Animal Assisted Interventions is preferred.
• Relevant experience in working with youths and/or animals is preferred.
• Demonstrates a strong passion for working with youths and their families,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with youths, families, and stakeholders.
• A team player with excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
• Demonstrates resourcefulness and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Flexible and adaptable to varying situations.
• Exhibits personal effectiveness, independence, and strong time management skills.
