Job Description

Possess a recognized diploma in Engineering/Building/Construction Management/Architecture/NCCS with at least five years of relevant experience in building projects.
Provide technical and engineering support to the Project Team.
Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes.
Take reasonably practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at work in that workplace.
Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk.
To liaise with Resident Technical Officer / Resident Engineer for site inspections.
To liaise with sub-contractors / suppliers and coordinate site works.
Supervise structure / architectural / M&E works to ensure quality.
Troubleshoot site problems to ensure smooth progress of works.
Arrange machinery / equipment and resources.
Ensure all works are carried out according to construction drawings and specification.
Ensure site safety & health measures are in place before and during construction.
