We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer – Process Systems to manage and supervise the construction, installation, and commissioning of process utility systems for semiconductor manufacturing facilities. The role requires strong site leadership, technical expertise, and close coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality, and timely project delivery.

Supervise construction and installation of process systems, including:

• Ultra Pure Water (UPW) systems

• Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant (IWWTP)

• Chemical distribution systems

• Bulk and specialty gas systems

• Process exhaust and vacuum systems

Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site teams on daily activities.

Review and interpret IFC drawings, P&IDs, layouts, and specifications.

Provide technical guidance to site teams and subcontractors.

Identify constructability issues and recommend practical solutions.

Support testing, flushing, pressure testing, passivation, cleaning, and commissioning activities.
Conduct site inspections in line with QA/QC requirements.

Ensure materials, workmanship, and installation methods meet project standards.

Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and corrective action recommendations.

Participate in client inspections, audits, and system handover activities.
Ensure strict compliance with EHS regulations and semiconductor industry safety standards.

Enforce cleanroom protocols and permit-to-work systems.

Conduct toolbox meetings and promote a strong safety culture on site.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary engineers, supervisors, and consultants to resolve technical and site issues.

Coordinate with design, BIM, procurement, QA/QC, and commissioning teams.

Attend site coordination and progress meetings.

Assist in manpower planning, work sequencing, and construction scheduling.

Monitor progress against project timelines and report risks or delays.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.

Support material tracking, delivery coordination, and site logistics.

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.

Minimum 7–10 years of relevant site experience in:

• Semiconductor fabrication plants

• Biopharma, or other high-tech industrial facilities

Proven hands-on experience in UPW, wastewater, chemical, and gas systems is essential.

Strong understanding of semiconductor process utility systems.

Familiarity with international standards (SEMI, ASME, ASTM, NFPA).

Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and P&IDs.

Experience working in cleanroom and high-purity environments.

Willing to travel or Relocate.
