Job Summary

Lead and coordinate construction activities to ensure project progress, quality, and safety. Collaborate with engineers and consultants to resolve technical issues and manage site operations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities to ensure timely progress and adherence to plans
• Schedule work according to master and detailed work programs to meet project deadlines
• Collaborate with Professional Engineers on temporary works to ensure compliance and safety
• Coordinate with consultants (QPS) and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and align site activities
• Diagnose and resolve technical and engineering problems to maintain project continuity
• Guide supervisors on construction tasks to ensure work progresses according to schedule
• Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards and promptly address technical concerns
• Prepare reports and method statements as required to document work processes and solutions
• Manage and supervise workers to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient site environment
• Monitor ongoing site activities closely to ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, preferably with LTA projects
• Experience managing diaphragm wall (D/wall), borepiling, and tunneling projects
