Opening Job Opportunity:

We have an opening for a Senior Service Engineer in the chiller division. You will work closely with your team to ensure day-to-day operations are executed in a safe and timely manner. In this role, you will be responsible for:

What You Will Do:

·       Perform installation and/or troubleshoot chiller equipment at workshop or field site

·       Adhere to strict safety standards and installation procedures – On-the-job training will be provided.

·       Facilitate and resolve customers’ technical and quality issues up to closure with proactive and effective communication

·       Establish detailed field service reports after servicing of equipment

What You Must Have:

·       A Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant field of studies

·       Analytical and detail-oriented

·       Candidates with strong engineering background

·       Possessed min. 4 - 6 years experience working with refrigeration systems

·
