Job Summary

Able Best Employment Agency seeks a proactive and self-driven Sales Consultant to independently manage customer relationships, close placements, and drive business growth through strategic lead generation and consistent target achievement.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, online platforms, social media, and referrals to build genuine and trust-based relationships
• Assess customer needs accurately and recommend suitable domestic helpers to meet those needs confidently
• Conduct interviews with customers and helpers, manage expectations clearly, and close placements independently to ensure successful matches
• Maintain active follow-ups with customers to deliver an excellent and seamless customer experience
• Identify and pursue new lead opportunities through referrals, partnerships, and innovative marketing initiatives to expand the client base
• Take full ownership of monthly sales targets and consistently achieve high performance through effective sales strategies and customer engagement

Required competencies and certifications

• CEI certification as a mandatory professional requirement for this role

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in maid agency sales, insurance, property, or other service-based sales demonstrating transferable skills and sales acumen
• Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

Other Information

• Basic Salary: $2,200 – $3,500 (depending on experience)
• High and tiered commission package per successful placement, with top performers earning significantly above base salary
• 5.5 day work week with alternate week off-days
