We place both permanent and contract roles across sectors such as Supply Chain & Procurement, IT, Engineering, Consumer & Lifestyle, and Professional Services. As we grow, we’re seeking experienced 360 recruiters who are serious about driving revenue, growing their client base, and contributing meaningfully to a high-performance team.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
• Deliver consistent results against individual and team sales targets
• Cultivate long-term client relationships based on trust, delivery, and professionalism
• Work collaboratively while maintaining a strong sense of individual ownership and discipline
• Advantage: Drive new business development and acquire new clients with hiring needs
• Advantage: Build and nurture a strong pipeline of job orders and recruitment opportunities

• Proven Job Placement Success: You consistently hit job placement/sales targets
• Sales-Driven & Self-Motivated: You set ambitious goals, thrive on commissions, and are fuelled by performance
• Disciplined & Responsible: You’re punctual, organized, and hold yourself to high standards of work ethic
• Adaptable & Resilient: You’re comfortable with change, feedback, and working in a lean, local SME environment
• Team-Oriented but Independent: You respect processes and structure, but are confident working autonomously
• Considerate & Respectful: You contribute to a healthy, respectful work culture where people take care of shared spaces and each other

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on business development
• CEI-certified and Degree holder preferred
• Familiarity with Singapore’s employment landscape and recruitment trends
• Able to work from our Singapore office (non-remote role)
