• 2nd opening - Participate in NEW Viaduct project at Bukit Batok

• 3rd opening - Participate in HQ tendering new tunnel project @ Boon Keng.

• 4th opening - New building project at bukit batok.

• Having Quantity Surveying experience in Civil infrastructure tenders or projects is preferred.

Our client is a reputable MNC and a leading A1 main contractor, diverse in civil and building projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Contract manager and involving in either HQ tenders or site projects

• Responsible for all work related to building Quantity Surveyor duties.

• Liaise with consultants and subcontractors on the progress claim.

• Prepare subcontract documents and purchasing agreements.

• Preparing cost estimation and identifying variation works.

• To source quotations from sub-contractors and prepare cost comparisons, negotiate, and award contracts

• Variation order or EOT claims

• Liaise with the project site, subcontractors, and contractual issues

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in construction management/ Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years in Civil Infrastructure construction projects or tenders is preferred
