Responsibilities:

• Analyze tender documents and identify project scope and technical requirements
• Source and evaluate quotations according to project specifications
• Manage tender queries and clarifications with vendors and clients
• Perform quantity take-offs for Civil Structure
• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for tender submissions
• Review contract terms and conditions with clients and vendors
• Prepare presentation slides and technical proposals for client meetings and tender submissions
• Consolidate and update tender invitations from clients
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Manage multiple tender submissions and adapt to transitions between divisions

Requirements:

• At least Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a QS in Civil Structure projects
• Prior experience working with main Contractors is an advantage
• Experienced QS with a strong background in Civil & Structural trades
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
