· Prepare and monitor budget and keep track of projects expenditures e.g. budget and cost control.

· Preparation of monthly progress claim.

· Preparation of project cash flow forecast.

· Prepare interim valuation and certificate of sub-contractors claims according to work completed and evaluate variation claims.

· Preparation and submission of Variation Orders.

· Discussion with consultants on Variation Orders.

· Attendance of site/technical meetings.

· EOT claims preparation.

· Evaluation of price comparison summary.

· Quantity take off, cost estimation, preparation of tender submission with specific deadline.

· Lead and train Junior QS.

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

· At least 5 years of relevant experience in full cycle of Quantity Surveying.

· Experience in HDBBTO project is required.

· Working experiences with Main Contractor would be an advantage.
