Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Quantity Estimator (Surveyor)

 with strong

R&R (Repair & Redecoration)

 experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, quantity take-offs, contract administration support, and overall cost control for R&R projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for R&R projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Prepare and submit tender documents, BOQs, and cost proposals.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate pricing.
• Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.
• Assess variations, progress claims, and final accounts.
• Conduct site visits for measurement and progress verification.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and contractual requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum [X] years of experience in Quantity Estimation / Surveying.
• Proven experience in R&R (Repair & Redecoration / Renovation & Refurbishment) projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and costing.
• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office applications.
• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling both public and private sector projects.
• Familiarity with contract administration and tender procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and cost control mindset.
